SOC offers wide range of services in the field of vacuum
coatings; Contract Research and Development, consulting, design, prototypes and technology
transfer.
We have developed various thin film deposition facilities
to coat custom built and standard surfaces. We use electron beam evaporation, Ion
assisted Deposition, thermal evaporation, RF and DC sputtering to precisely control
optical quality and properties of thin films.
High purity materials like precious metals and dielectrics
are utilized for manufacturing thermal and optical coatings. We have sucessfully coated
thin films on glass, plastics, polymer and composite substrates.
Our coatings are highly durable, hard and have high
damage threshold at low stress making them right choice for space and defense applications.
Our measurement facility for physical and optical tests
help us customize every process for specific applications and achieve excellent process
control and analysis.
Our talented team of engineers and technicians have
ensured high quality products that meet MIL, ISO and Aerospace standards.
Our facilities are able to coat 1 inch to 10 feet size
substrates with upto 2 percent uniformity. We are also able to develope and design
spectrally tailored IR paints.
